Cobblestone Valley is a diversified organic farm certified by NOFA-NY. The backbone of the farm is dairy, with all other enterprises connected to and synergistic with milk production. In addition to the dairy, we produce certified organic pastured poultry, which includes both broilers and turkey, and certified organic pick-your-own strawberries. We also produce grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and compost.
