We are a family owned and operated ranch providing farm to table beef in keeping with our belief in animal welfare and sustainable farming practices. We offer 100% grass fed and finished beef that are grazed in open pasture year round. However, not all grasses are created equal consequently, nor is all grass fed beef. Quality is our passion and for us it's guided by science not guesswork. We ensure that our cattle graze on a mixture of purposefully planted grasses and forages that balance proteins and sugars ensuring optimal nutritional health and growth. We utilize a highly trained ultrasound technician to assess the quality of finish on our cattle and will never harvest until the highest standards are met.
