Mary's Delight Farm is an 88-acre certified organic farm located in the Catoctin Mountains 30 minutes north of Frederick. All of the lamb comes from sheep at the farm. We have about 60 ewes that lamb between January and March. Our lamb is raised on pastures and hay from the farm. They are raised organic but we do not have a certified organic processor nearby.
