Though small in size, Meadow Mist is a working farm, an integral part of the local community, and an unspoiled remnant of Lexington’s once-vital agricultural past. The farm was also the first Massachusetts entry in the Soil Carbon Challenge, an international competition to measure how quickly land managers can turn atmospheric carbon into soil organic matter, essentially reversing climate change.
