Meadowsweet Farm specializes in raising high-quality 100% grass-fed beef and lamb. We seek to nurture our soils, plants, and animals – our whole farm ecosystem – to the highest possible level of vibrancy and vitality. We feel that the health of the land is what makes the difference between good and truly excellent food. Our animals spend their days outdoors on clean, rich pasture, in a system of planned rotational grazing that builds soil, strengthens our watershed, and keeps our grasses and clovers lush and robust.
