Mustang Creek Farm is the name of our place in North-East Texas. We grow a variety of plants which nourish our cattle, sheep and goats. With rotational grazing as a pasture management tool it’s the animals who take care of the pastures. Naturally, we have to decide which one of the over 70 paddocks needs to be grazed at what time, for how long and by which species or combination of species. This gives us good control on our pastures without using pesticides or commercial fertilizers.
