Our beef is raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids or hormones. The cattle on our farm are self-sustaining. This closed herd has thrived on our 5th generation piece of property for over 25 years. The herd enjoys lush green GMO-free pastures and natural spring water. Our family practices natural cattle management, thus creating a low-stress environment for our animals. These values are shared by our USDA processor where our beef is carefully packaged using preservative free methods.
