Sara’s Grassfed Beef is grown and raised on our farm in Craig County, Oklahoma. Our families have farmed and ranched in the Cherokee Prairie region of Northeast Oklahoma for four generations. The last few years we have become inspired by the French culinary traditions that utilize farm raised foods. Our cattle are fattened naturally on nature’s finest grasses. The cattle we market receive no hormones and lead very low-stress lives.
