Schlangen Family Farm converted to organic practices in 2000 and continues to grow food for our traditional foods community. We walked away from USDA certification (after 8 years of declining standards), and now specialize in pastured, mono-culture-free (no soy, corn, wheat—NO influence of monsanto) transitional eggs, chicken and pork—as well as fresh greens all year long.
