The Spas Farm is a third-generation, family-run farm, owned and operated by Paul and Connie Spas, overlooking historic Chautauqua Lake, NY. We have sought out and assembled a herd of Red Devon Cattle from all over the U.S. The ancient Red Devon breed has been noted for centuries for its fine-textured, well-marbled, flavorful, tender beef.
