Biodyndamic; grass-fed; regenerative; holistic. The Zinniker family farm is one of the oldest biodynamic farms in the USA (since 1943) and is certified organic since 2000. Our beef is 100% grass fed and finished and we incorporate multiple regenerative methods such as Holistic grazing management, production and application of biochar and Korean Natural Farming methods to improve soil health and fertility. We also produce eggs, honey and seasonal pork. The feed for our animals is grown on the farm in order to keep the fertility loop as closed as possible.
